Gus Membiela is a partner at Hunton Andrews Kurth, where his practice focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration. He handles a wide variety of commercial matters, including economic sanctions, cross-border disputes, and transnational arbitrations, including class action litigation. He has represented both foreign and domestic financial institutions in economic sanctions matters and has represented clients in state and federal courts across the United States.
