Biography

Connie Collins is a human resource professional with over 25 years’ experience. Connie has applied her broad base of HR knowledge to serve clients across many industries, including banking, healthcare, and manufacturing. Her focus is on staffing and recruiting, human resources strategy, affirmative action plans, reporting, policy, program development, and training and facilitation to help clients understand and solve complex issues.

Connie has a Bachelor’s in Personnel Management from the University of Texas in San Antonio and an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio. She holds the designations of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
