He specializes in guiding financial institutions through regulatory and cybersecurity challenges, serving as a trusted advisor and vCISO. John leverages expertise in NIST frameworks, CIS controls, CRI Profile, GLBA, FFIEC, AI audits, and Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) to build resilient defenses and mitigate third-party risks.

He has held leadership roles at CLA and RSM and holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology (summa cum laude) from Capella University.
