Kari Kronberg

Kari Kronberg serves as a Director of Education at PaymentsFirst, where she leads association training and certification programs, supports event planning, and enhances member engagement. Before joining the Macha team in 2021 (which merged with PaymentsFirst in 2025), Kari spent 11 years at a financial institution, including seven years as Debit Card Manager in the Operations Department. She holds multiple industry certifications—AAP (2017), NCP (2022), APRP (2023), and AFPP (2025)—demonstrating her deep expertise in payments and financial operations.
