Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith, a consultant and publisher at TEAM Resources, leads board self-evaluation programs and facilitates strategic planning for credit unions and nonprofits. He brings substantial expertise in crafting professional development resources to nurture leadership growth within the credit union industry.

Before his role at TEAM Resources, Kevin served as the Director of Volunteer Education at CUNA for a decade. There he was instrumental in the development and oversight of various educational initiatives, including conferences, webinars, print materials, and online courses. Notably, he introduced innovative programs, including the Volunteer Certification Program, a rigorous, competency-based offering for boards and supervisory committees.
