William Gage

William “Bill” Gage spent 12 years on the front lines as a U.S. Secret Service Special Agent, earning top honors for excellence in protection and investigation. He coordinated missions around the world—including high-threat deployments in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Israel—safeguarding the President, Vice President, and global leaders.

As Team Leader for the elite Counter Assault Team, Bill drove active shooter response and tactical planning at the White House and beyond. He also served on U.S. Congressional subcommittees tasked with securing presidential continuity of operations.

Today, Bill advises Fortune 50 companies on security strategy and risk, and trains police nationwide in active shooter response, use of force, and de-escalation. His expertise has been featured on major national media including CNN, NPR, Fox News, The Washington Post, and The New York Times.
