As the president and founder of Malzahn Strategic, LLC, Marcia “Marci” Malzahn delivers expert consulting services to community financial institutions, specializing in strategic planning, enterprise risk management, treasury management, and talent management. With 30 years of banking experience, including a decade as EVP/CFO/COO of a community bank she cofounded, Marci brings a wealth of knowledge and real-world insights to her audiences.

Marci is also the founder and an inspirational speaker at Crowning Achievements International, where she inspires and educates emerging leaders through her powerful keynote speeches. A sought-after speaker at industry conferences, leadership forums, and women’s events, Marci is the author of five books and has received numerous professional awards. As a Certified Virtual Presenter, Marci offers both online and onsite training for financial institutions. A certified life coach and a certified community bank director, she holds a bachelor’s in business management from Bethel University and is a graduate and faculty member of the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin.
