Annual Anti-Harassment Training

According to the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission), nearly 75% of employees who experience workplace harassment do not report it. Kind of shocking, isn’t it? The truth is, many folks still don’t understand exactly what is and isn’t considered workplace harassment. Moreover, even if they think they’re either experiencing it themselves or have witnessed the behavior, they don’t know what to do about it. 

The result? Nothing good. From declining productivity and increased insurance costs, to potentially exponential fines and penalties, to significant reputational risk, the negative effects of not handling harassment are enormous.
